Can I have a discount or promotional pricing?

No. We do not offer discounts or promotional pricing, opting instead to attempt to provide the best possible price to all customers at all times.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Cancelling your subscription allows you to use the service until the end of your most recent service period, and upon expiration, access is revoked and no future billing will occur until the user resubscribes.
